Mohamed is an exploration geologist with over 15 years of field and academic experience in mineral exploration in the Arabian-Nubian Shield.  

• Mohamed holds a PhD in "Remote Sensing and Mineral Exploration" from West Michigan University.
• Currently, he is conducting discovery-oriented research that integrates remote sensing, GIS, field geology, structural geology, and tectonics to advance area selection and prospect prioritization criteria in early exploration programs.
• For over 10 years, Mohamed has provided geological consulting services to exploration companies
• From 2010 to 2013, Mohamed worked as an Exploration Geologist for Thani Ashanti Alliance for Mining, a strategic alliance between AngloGold Ashanti and Thani Investments.

 Chief Financial Officer  

Ramy is a banking and insurance expert with over 15 years of experience, held many managerial positions in global banks and insurance companies, Entrepreneur, and CEO of "Kick off banking academy.

• Since 2015, he has been serving as the Founder and CEO of KICK OFF Banking Academy. Under his leadership, the academy has trained more than 10,000 students and bank employees from various universities and banks.
• In addition ,Ramy is the Co-founder of ARMSTRONG, the largest company in the field of engineering education for children in the Middle East. He has held this position since 2018.
• Prior to his current roles, Ramy worked as an entrepreneur in multiple international banks and insurance companies. During his tenure, he held several managerial positions across various departments.
• Ramy holds a full business diploma in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Cambridge.

 Chief Operational Officer    

Mahmoud is a mining geologist with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry in the MENA region.

• Since 2018, Mahmoud has served as the Co-founder and Managing Director of CROSSCUT Mining Company, a junior mining company focused on gold production from mine tailings in Egypt and Mauritania.
• He spent 3 years providing geological consulting services for junior mining companies in Egypt such as Red Sea Mining, Halayeb Mining, Shalateen Mining, Kemet Mining, Egyram Mining, Mekka Mining, Proconsul Mining, and Eastern Desert Mining
• Mahmoud also worked at Centamin PLC (Sukari Gold Mines) for 5 years as an Underground Project Geologist.
• He holds a Pre-master's degree in Economic Geology from Cairo University.

Exploration Geologist 

Mahmoud is an Exploration Geologist with over 4 years of experience in green- and brown-field gold exploration projects in the Arabian-Nubian Shield. Throughout his career, he has worked on various projects.

• Since 2021, Mahmoud has worked as an Exploration Geologist at Centamin PLC (Sukari Gold Mine) and Centamin's new concessions (Eastern Desert Exploration EDX).
• In 2020, he held the position of Exploration Geologist at Nubian Mining Company.
• In 2019, Mahmoud worked at Hamash Misr Gold Mines as a Mine Geologist.
• Mahmoud holds a Pre-Master's Degree in the Structure Control of Gold Mineralization in Orogenic Belts.
